Service Delivery Manager
Manage the IT staff in the School in order to deliver an effective, and efficient, IT support service for all Staff and Students in Psychology. To have an understanding of the administrative, teaching and research requirements of the School in the long, medium and short term with the aim of providing and maintaining the IT systems to support them. Responsible for the development and implementation of IT related policies and procedures. Provide IT training, advice and support. Liaise with INSRV, other Schools and the University to influence policy and strategy.
